We were looking for something close by as it was raining very hard. Food was very good, and probably the best service we had anywhere on the island. Plenty of seating close to the water in better weather as well.
The service and atmosphere where great.the food not so much. I ordered the snapper, before we went out snorkeling and when we returned afterwards my order looked and tasted like it was made when I ordered it (almost 2 hrs prior). Rice n beans were delish but my fish was way over cooked, it was like jerky. I did manage to get a few bites that weren't totally dried out and was pretty delish, just disappointed I didn't get to enjoy the rest of it.
Very slow service, waited more than one hour for a breakfast, were told some strange story about the gas being broken (other tables that arrived well after us were served though), got some cheap alcoholic cocktail for compensation (before breakfast? Without mention it's alcoholic). Very weird and not so enjoyable experience
Nice restaurant overlooking the water with good music, swing seats and corn hole. We got the mozzarella sticks (a little pricey but tasty) and sabute (delicious!).
They accept card.
Wonderful Salbutes, (corn like Tostada). Stuffed bacon &egg Fry Jacks excellent. Great atmosphere, good food, beach view. Right attached to the Island Magic Resort.
Friendly, fast service. Great drinks and amazing food, all while sitting on a swing over looking the water. A great choice for breakfast, lunch or dinner and just a short walk from the water taxis!
Decent food in a jungle gym environment. Standard fare and this place definitely goes by the Belize theme of "Go Slow". Small menu but with something for just about everyone. Drinks are very good!
Lovely cafe with outside swing tables next to the water. Had the Stuffed Fry Jacks. Very good.
You really can't go wrong with food ANYWHERE in Caye Caulker, but the owners & manager here have made this restaurant & food **amazing**
And affordable.
Drinks are great & sitting outside on the swings are awesome.
Perfect lunch and drinks over looking the beach. Lobster ceviche and grilled snapper were both excellent!
Five stars for the cool seating and location.
The swings out on the pier are nice with shade and a ladder for swimmers to use.
Drinks & food are good.
Friendly service.
The Belizean breakfast with the fry jacks was so good, friendly service, cool swing tables and a beautiful view. We loved it.
Wow, great grub. Really, really great food. Location bang on for the price. People need to make a living and support the community and their staff.
Great sized portions. With current situation we find ourselves in it was when it comes to how clean and the tidy the gaffe was. Will be back again next week.
Terrible service, cold food, pricey. Anything else?
Sat outside and waited 15 mins for a server. They didn't bring us our drinks (btw just a beer and a soda) and didn't check on us either. Beef nachos were cold, so were the burger and fries. Cheese and bacon cost 4,5 $ extra and wasn't even melted. Waiters weren't that friendly and blamed each other for the missing drinks (the check said pineapple juice instead of beer so maye it was a blessing they didn't serve it) instead of just put it of the check.
Don't be fooled by the great location. Not worth it.
Went here for lunch, ordered conch fritters and beef nachos. While the fritters were good, we had requested no sour cream on the nachos, but still received the nachos with sour cream all over them. We tried to dig underneath the nachos in hope of finding some that we could eat without sour cream. Unfortunately we couldn't. When we told our server that we would not be eating the nachos we were not offered them to be remade or taken off the bill.really disappointed by this. Will not be back.
Do not recommend, took an hour for the food then they came back telling us they had not a dish and could not help us.horrible, we talked with manager and said was a kitchen issue
My husband and I had an outstanding dinner experience at the Magic Grill. We sat outside by the ocean and enjoyed the lemon-grass snapper almost as much as our waitress, Leydey, who was witty as well as attentive.
